Requesting Password Reset
This section describes how to request a password reset in case you have forgotten your password.
- On the Login page, click the Forgot Password? link.
ShipExec displays the Forgot Password dialog box.
- Type your email address in the Email Address box.
- Click Email Link. ShipExec displays a Forgot Password Confirmation message.
- Check your email for the temporary password. (If you do not receive the email in your Inbox, be sure to check your Junk folder.)
- Log on again using your email address and temporary password.
